i'm sarah walton, the founder and chief ‘betterer’ here at bettermeant. i'm on a mission to make work and life more meaningful, and it's deeply personal. having navigated the twists and turns of corporate america for over 15 years, i felt an undeniable need for change. the leadership landscape is drowning in expectations, and genuine support and help are severely lacking. I am obsessed with helping people feel confident and comfortable in their skin, leading their team, and running their organization.

my journey.

corporate life taught me that we've been centering leadership growth around expertise, which in turn makes everyone feel like they don’t know enough. what we expect out of leaders has grown weightier and the margin for error has grown thinner and this has led to burnout, engagement issues, and management issues. traditional training programs, though well-intentioned, miss the mark. managers and leaders aren't looking for textbook knowledge; they’re yearning for a robust support system, a space to continuously learn and grow, and a renewed belief in themselves. senior leaders, with all their responsibilities, often lack the bandwidth or expertise to build exceptional managers and cultivate a positive culture. that's where we step in.

i'm here to help leaders not just survive but truly thrive. it's not about ticking off tasks; it's about feeling good, finding meaning, purpose, and a deep connection to your self and your role as a leader in your life. my work spans the spectrum – from being your guide in a single impactful workshop to walking alongside you as a long-term leadership coach or partnering with your business as a strategic advisor. i help first-time managers, business owners, and c-level executives – the key is people who want to enjoy their work, their life, and thrive in their role as a leader. i also advise entire companies, or key teams within a company.

if you are feeling unsure of the job you’re doing, or so exhausted at the end of the day that all you can do is scroll - let’s talk. if you want to get to the next level in your career but don’t know how - let’s talk. let's redefine what leadership means. it's not just a title; it's an opportunity for growth, fulfillment, and making a positive impact. leaders that can change the world for thousands and millions around them. if that’s you, or your company reach out – i’d love to get to know you better.
