about me.

the bar for success is constantly moving. executives and leaders are juggling more than ever before. we, as executives and leaders, need to evolve and develop to keep up. that is what brought me to co-found bettermeant…taking my passion for helping others and my own journey to provide holistic support, that's not just career-focused, but human-centered too.

with over two decades leading teams at big players like nike, intel, and motorola, i've been on that same treadmill, feeling burnt out and wondering if balance was even possible. but i made a change. tapping into my personal and professional experiences, i found a way to align my values and passions, and now, i'm here to help other leaders do the same. with focus on work and life having meaning in our careers and on those around us.

my focus? leadership coaching, mindset shaping, business performance enhancement, and advising growing businesses. i thrive on helping leaders with self discovery, skills building for that next role and setting and accomplishing goals. i also love partnering and advising our small and growing business clients by being a strategic thought partner to bring clarity, focus and results across many functional areas.
