for the past 25 years, i’ve worked as an award-winning executive, launching and scaling new businesses, leading transformation, and creating industry-disrupting products for some of the world’s most influential media, technology, and publishing companies, including consumer reports, cnn money, fortune, fox, life, outside, pbs, sports illustrated, time, thomson reuters, and the wall street journal.
one of the things i enjoyed most about this journey is mentoring and coaching people along the way — helping them identify their passions and overcome challenges to become collaborative and consensus-building change agents. this ability to inspire and empower others fostered cultures where work wasn't just a job but a place to grow personally and professionally.
this leadership philosophy led me to become a certified executive coach. today, i specialize in helping leaders surmount disruptive obstacles in their company or career while connecting with their purpose.
